123 Pall Mall - Refurbishment project comprising 8 floors of Cat A fit out - Artemis

Value - £675,000.00
Currently a live project for Bull Building Services, located in Pall Mall in the former Institute of Directors Building for Artemis Interiors. We are providing full mechanical services install. Specific works include new VRF system, all pipework, new AHU, Smoke Ventilation, BMS, above ground drainage and sanitaryware install.

Cloud 12 Club - Private members club over 3 floors in Notting Hill comprising treatment rooms, gym and crèche - ISG Agility

Value - £475,000.00
Currently a live project for Bull Building Services, this project comprises the supply, install and commissioning of the mechanical services to a new private members club in a Notting Hill mews. Specific works include strip out, above ground drainage, hot and cold water services, heating and cooling systems and mechanical ventilation and supply and install of sanitaryware. .

St Pauls Girls School - New build school compromising 14 classrooms and cafeteria - 8 Build

Value - £700,000.00
Currently a live project for Bull Building Services, comprising of the supply, install & commissioning of the mechanical services to a – New build School Building within existing school grounds to accommodate the senior school hub and history and geography departments including a new external Plant room. Comprising of Incoming Gas, Natural Gas, Air source heat pump, LTHW, UFH, Natural Vent, Mechanical Supply Vent, Centralized all-air condition, Gas Leak Detection, BCWS, HWS, SVP, RWP. This project is due to be completed in September 2017.

Soho Warf - 5 Floors of office fit out and 3 apartment units - 8 Build

Value - £900,000.00
This project involved the supply, install & commissioning of the mechanical services to 5 refurbished office floors, and a new 6th floor that will contain 2, 2 bedroom & 1, 1 Bedroom high end apartments. These include, VRF System, HRU Vent System, Ecodan Domestic Hot Water, BCW, Soil & Vent, RWP & BMS. This project is due to be complete in May 2017.

64-66 Wigmore Street, London - B-2, B-1 and Ground Floor - Commercial Offices Development - Volker Fitzpatrick

Value - £675,000.00 Mecanical
This project comprises of the supply, offload, install and test of all the mechanical pipework services including the LTHW pipework, CHW pipework, condense pipework, gas pipework, run-around coil pipework, and fix only of the trench heaters and all associated valves & valve sets.

Savills, 15 Finsbury Circus, London – Ground, 1st and 2nd Floor CAT B Fit Out – ISG Fit Out

Bull Building Services were tasked with the lead mechanical design/coordination within a tight existing office space and was completed on time. The new offices and reception comprised of a fully integrated mechanical services with AC to the SER rooms and kitchen and toilet extract systems. We modified the existing CAT A installation to coordination with the new office layout, new meeting and quiet rooms. We were successful in negotiating another floor on this project with ISG Fit Out.

Hinds Broadgate Quarter, London – Office Fit Out, Basement Showers & Plant Areas – ISG Plc

Bull Building Services were appointed to complete the Installation of the CHW and condense pipework to new fan coil units over 3 floors within a live office building in the city of Central London. We supplied a site team of pipefitters/plumbers to complete the mechanical pipework within a tight programme and we successfully negotiated the 2nd floor phase of works within the basement plant room and shower areas with ISG fit out.

Park House, London - Office Fit Out – ISG Plc

Value - £780,000.00 Mechanical Bull Building Services were appointed to complete the installation of the LTHW, CHW and condense pipework to 222no. new fan coil units over 3 floors within a live office building in Oxford Street, Central London. Bull Building Services supplied a site team including over 30 pipefitters/plumbers to complete the mechanical pipework on this project within a tight 12 week programme for the ISG fit out division.

Herbert Crescent - High End Residential- ISG Plc

VAlue - £195,000.00
Bull Building Services were tasked with the full maintenance and one year defects at a high end residential housing estate in Knightsbridge, London. The building comprised of a fully integrated BMS, A/C and ventilation systems throughout the building, as well as general drainage and LTHW system.

Richmond Business School, London - Refurbishment - 8 Build

Value - £475,000.00 Mechanical
Bull Building Services were tasked with the CDP design responsibility and build within tight school holiday shut down period. The building comprised of a fully integrated mechanical services with a Biddle innovated supply and extract system, BMS, A/C.

2 Westbourne Grove Mews, – High End D&B Residential – ISG Plc

Value – £650,000.00 Mechanical
Bull Building Services were tasked with the full design and build package for 2 new high end residential houses in Notting Hill, London. The building comprised of a fully integrated BMS, A/C and ventilation systems throughout the building, as well as general drainage, LTHW systems and two swimming pools.

27 Duke Street, London - 3 Apartment and Retail Unit - Knight Harwood

Value - £180,000.00 Mechanical & Electrical, Design & Build
Based in Oxford Street, Central London, this project was an refurbishment of 3 no high rise residential apartments, shop front and basement. We designed and installed, provided domestic services and sanitary ware to each of the three apartments. Bull Building Services supplied a project team to complete the mechanical and electrical services under a D&B contract which was completed on time and within programme.

Royal Albert Hall, Kensington, London - 8 Build - Contract

Value - £255,000.00
After successfully completing the first job on the Royal Albert Hall for 8 Build, we were invited back to carry on the next phase to the ongoing redevelopment works. These works consisted of new ventilation system, new bar supply, the kitchen supply, change of radiators, new WC’s and installation of condensate removal pumps to various ice machines. Works were completed on time and within budget.

Judith Kerr, Dulwich, London – City Sq Solutions - Contract

Value - £295,000.00
Bull Building Services carried out the mechanical and electrical services at this Judith Kerr School. BBS supplied a project team to complete the M&E services under a strict permit to work systems on a D&B contract. We worked within tight time frames and achieved handover on time and within budget.

Royal Albert Hall, Kensington, London – 8 Build - Phase 1 Contract Value £151,000.00 & Phase 2 Contract

Refurbishment of the CHW & LTHW fan coil units systems, domestic services and sanitary ware within the door 12 and door 4 areas of the Royal Albert Hall. Bull Building Services supplied a project team to complete the mechanical and plumbing services under a strict permit to work system on a D&B Contract. We worked within tight time frames on a shutdown environment.

Royal College of Physicians Hotel, Regents Park, London – ME Construction - Contract

Value - £35,800.00
Refurbishment of the domestic services and sanitary ware within 20no. bedroom high end hotel. Bull Building Services supplied a project team to complete the plumbing services under a D&B contract. We worked within tight time frames on a live hotel environment.

Cock Lane, Farringdon, London - ME Construction - Contract Value £120,000.00

Refurbishment of 14no. high residential apartments in Central London. We installed new water heaters, domestic services and sanitary ware to each apartment. Bull Building Services supplied a project a project team to complete the mechanical and plumbing services under a D&B contract.

Santander, Morley– Cofely GDF Suez. Contract

Value - £221,000.00
Refurbishment of the fan coil units system and domestic services within this large call centre. Bull Building Services supplied a project team to complete the mechanical and plumbing services during out of hours working.

NBC Building – Tottenham Court Road, London - ISG.

Value - £225,000.00
Bull Building Services carried out the Mechanical and Electrical Installation services at NBC’s London Headquarters. This consisted of pipework, lighting and air conditioning works, working out of hours and to a tight programme to finish these works on time and to a budget.
